OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY
FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO MABURY PARK
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has requested
an easement for the sole purpose of furnishing electric energy to
a public park on order placed by the City of Santa Ana for such
service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
hereby directs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute
that certain Grant of Easement, margin dated 6-11-65, to the
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, which is understood between
the parties thereto to be for the sole purpose of conveying electric
energy to be used by the City of Santa Ana for all the purposes
therein stated in its public park.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1965.
