RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALW~ OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES
ASSESS~NT DISTRICT NO. 229, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, California, in regular session assembled this 2nd day of
August, 1965, that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages
for each type or craft of workman needed to execute or perform
the necessary work or improvement for the improvement of certain
streets described in Resolution of Intention No. 65-119
adopted August 2, 1965 shall be as set forth and contained in the
schedule thereof in Resolution No. 64-58 of said City Council
adopted April 20, 1964, on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Council of said City of Santa Aha, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV~-D that reference to said schedule
shall be made in the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract
doc,-n~nts in connection with said work and improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965.
