RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ASSESS~NT DISTRICT NO. 229, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, in regular session assembled this 2nd day of
August, 1965, that the time hereby fixed for receiving sealed pro-
posals or bids for the doing of the work and making the improve-
ments described in Resolution of Intention No. 6~-119 adopted
August 2, 1965, is the 31st day of August, 1965 at the hour of
10:00 o'clock A.M. Said sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered
to and opened, examined and declared by the Purchasing Agent of
said City of Santa Aha, California at a public hearing called by
said Purchasing Agent in his office in the City Hall, Santa Aha,
California at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Tuesday, the 31st day of August,
1965. Said Purchasing Agent shall report the results of said
bidding to said City Council at its regular meeting of September 7,
1965. The Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Ama is hereby
or proposals in
ordered to give notice inviting such sealed bids
the time, form and manner required by law.
