CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HENRY I. PADGHAM and LETA S. PADGHAMhave delivered
to the City a deed dated July 1, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes at the southeast corner of Bush and Ninth Streets;
and
WHEREAS, LOUIS EARL GONZALES and ALBERTA GONZALES have
delivered to the City a deed dated July 22, 1965, conveying an
easement for street purposes at the southeast corner of McFadden
Avenue and Golden West Avenue; and
WHEREAS, WESTWAY PETROLEUM CO., a California corporation,
has delivered to the City a deed dated June 30, 1965, conveying an
easement for street purposes at the southwest corner of Clinton and
Seventeenth Streets; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Homer Sterling, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965.
