A QUITCLAIM DEED TO O~;NERS OF RECORD WITH
NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
at the southwest corner of Edinger Avenue and Lyon Street dedicated
vehicular access rights to the City and the present owners have now
requested access rights to Edinger Avenue which the City has deter-
mined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, all vehicular
access rights to Edinger Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, California,
over the following property:
The Westerly forty (40) feet of the Easterly sixty-two (62)
feet of Lot 23 of Tract No. 4471 as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 211, Pages 5, 6, 7 and 8, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, State of California,
and deliver the same to ANAHEIM INVESTORS, 843 South State College
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965.
