CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WALTER L. HART and JANE L. HART have delivered to
the City a deed dated August 3, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, 379 feet West
of Bristol Street, in consideration of the payment of $675.00
through Escrow No. 53508-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the city's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed, and
the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Supplemental Escrow
Instructions.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the/~th day of A~t, 1965.
