BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of the
Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby
affirms the decision of the Planning Commission and Appeal No. 167
on Variance Application No. 2168, filed by ROBERT E. DECKER and
WILMA R. DECKER, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of October, 1965.
