QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the north side of Seventeenth Street, east of Lincoln Avenue,
dedicated vehicular access rights to the City and the present owners
have now requested access rights to Seventeenth Street which the
City has determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OW~NERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, as their respective interests may appear of record, all vehicular
access rights to Seventeenth Street in the City of Santa Ana, State
of California, described as follows:
All vehicular access rights to Seventeenth Street from those
portions of the land lying North of the North line of that property
conveyed to the City of Santa Ana by Santa Ana Medical Arts, Inc.
by a deed recorded March 24, 1959, in Book 4640, page 376, Official
Records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Parcel 1: The Westerly 15.00 feet of the Easterly 118.27 feet.
Parcel 2: The Westerly 15.00 feet of the Easterly 338.27 feet.
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the ~ity of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of November, 1965.
