IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, B. E. B. GELKER has delivered to the City a deed
dated November 4, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the west side of Lyon Street, south of First Street; and
WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body
corporate and politic, has delivered to the City an easement deed
dated October 26, 1965, conveying an easement for public street
and highway purposes on the south side of Warner Avenue at Flower
Street; and
WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body
corporate and politic, has delivered to the City an easement deed
dated October 12, 1965, conveying an easement for public street and
highway purposes on the south side of Edna Drive, west of Lewis
Street; and
WHEREAS, ALICE D. PIEPER and IRIS E. SCHROEDER have delivered
to the City a deed dated October 29, 1965, conveying an alley for
alley purposes north of Bolsa Avenue, west of Figueroa Street; and
WHEREAS, WM. J. PLANCHON and MARTHA C. PLANCHON have
delivered to the City a deed dated October 28, 1965, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the south side of Edinger Avenue,
west of Spruce Street; and
WHEREAS, CLARA E. VOSE, a widow, and GREER BROS. ENTERPRISES,
a California corporation, have delivered to the City a deed dated
October 28, 1965, conveying an easement and right of way for water
main and appurtenant structure on the east side of Bristol Street,
south of Sharon Road; and
WHEREAS

dated November 1, 1965, conveying an easement for
on the north side of McFadden Avenue, east of Newhope
WHEREAS JAMES A. LUKENS and FLORENCE B. LUKENS have delivered
to the City a deed dated November 5, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the south side of Edinger Avenue, east of Raitt
Street; and
WHEREAS ALBERT SHUBERT and MYRTLE RUTH SHUBERT have delivered
to the City a deed dated November 3, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the south side of Edinger Avenue, east of Raitt
Street; and
WHEREAS all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on thel5th day of November, 1965.
