ASSESSi~ENT OF $25.22 ON ASSESSOR'S PARCEL
NU£~ER 11-011-07
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana during the annual weed abate-
ment program made an error in identification of a parcel of land
from which weeds were removed and erroneously assessed and processed
the charge of $25.22 against Assessor's Parcel Number 11-011-07,
Area Code 11-003, a parcel upon which no work was done by City crews,
and said error should be corrected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby requests the Honorable Board of Supervisors
for Orange County to direct the County Auditor to amend the said
Weed Abatement Roll by deleting therefrom the assessment in the
amount of $25.22 against Assessor's Parcel Number 11-011-07, Code
Area 11-003, and requests that said Auditor prepare an amended tax
bill for the taxpayer shown as owner of said parcel of land.
