BEGINNING 170 FmmT SOUTH OF ,~.~NTRAa AVENUE
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1961, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 61-269, declaring intention to vacate
that certain alley described herein? fixing date of hearing on said vacation; and
WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held on said question, on notice contained in said published Resolution and
posting as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds that the alley
herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and makes its order vacating and aban,
doning for street purposes said alley in the City of Santa Ana, County of 0range, State of California~ described as:
Alley to the rear of Lots 12 through 17 and Lots 18
through 23, Block F of South Santa Ana Tract as per
map thereof in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 5, Page ~3.
PASSED AND ADOPTED By the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of
January, 1962.
