QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the West side of Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Avenue, dedicated
to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights on the West side of
Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Avenue, and the present owner,
ROBERT ARTHUR NUNN, has now requested driveway locations acress said
area, and the City has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed
quitclaiming to ROBERT ARTHUR NUNN Vehicular access rights on the West
side of Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Avenue, and to deliver the
same to said owner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of January, 1962.
