RESOLUTION NO. CORRECTING CONDITION 7
CONTAINED IN RESOLUTION NO. 61-280 GRANTING
APPEAL APPLICATION NO. 47 FILED BY CONTINENTAL
BAKING COMPANY
WHEREAS, Variance Application No. 1551 was granted by the
ZOning Administrator, and CONTINENTAL BAKING COMPANY, the applicant,
appealed to the City Council which adopted Resolution No. 61-280
modifying certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, an error was made in the phrasing of Condition No. 7
set forth in said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha hereby corrects and amends Resolution No. 61-280
by correcting Condition No. 7 therein contained to read as follows:
"7. That all of the above conditions be complied with
prior to issuance of utilities releases by the
Building Department."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 22nd day of Januar7 , 1962.
