INDENTURE WHERE'"THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH
CONS IDERATI ON
WHEREAS, ALLEMAN ENTERPRISES~ INCORPORATED, have presented
to the City a deed dated January 9, 1962, granting easements for
street purposes at the Northwest corner of Hazard Avenue and Harbor
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, SIDNEY EGG~ETON has presented to the City a deed ~.~
dated January 12, 1962, granting an easement for street purposes on /~'~
the East side of Verano Street, North of Hazard Avenue; and
have presented to the City a deed dated January 30, 1962, granting /~
an easement for street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue,
West of Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS, HENRY C. COX and BEVERLY L. COX have presented to the

City a deed dated January 29, 1962, granting an easement for street ~.;~i·
purposes for Pendleton Avenue and Linda Way, North of Warner Avenue,
East of Artesia Street; and
WHEREAS, PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILWAY COMPANY, a California
corporation, has presented to the City an indenture dated September 22,
1961, granting an easement for drainage purposes North of Talbert
Avenue, West of Orange County Flood Control Right of Way; and
WqiEREAS, all of said instruments are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
instruments.:
