QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore, the oWners of certain property located
on the North side of Sugar Avenue, East of Newhope Street, dedicated
to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights on the North side
of Sugar Avenue, East of Newhope Street, and the present owners have
now requested driveway locations across said area, and the City has
determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming to ~ a d 9 0 S vehicular rights on

the North side of Sugar Avenue, East of Newhope Street, and to deliver
the same to said owners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming
to ~.~Q~ vehicular access rights on the North side of Sugar Avenue,
East of Newhope Street, and to deliver the same to said owner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1962.
