DEDICATED FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, heretofore, a Subdivision Map de~ignated Tract
No. 1306 was regularly processed and placed on record in the
Recorder's office of the County of Orange, State of California,
filing the same; and
by
WHEREAS, Lot A as shown on said Tract No. 1306 was reserved
for future highway purposes by statement on said Tract Map, and by
the official filing of said Map was irrevocably offered for dedi-
cation for said purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha hereby accepts for highway purposes Lot A in
Tract No. 1306 as per map thereof in Miscellaneous Map Book 39,
Pages 29 and 30, in the Recorder's office of said Orange County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1962.
