BE IT RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Aha ~unicipal
Code, Sections 3201, the City declares that portion of~
RESOLUTION 61-230 adopted on the eighteenth day of September 1961 ordering NO PARKING
On the South Side of West Fifth Street between
Figueroa Street and Harbor Boulevard
The West 105 feet of the East 150 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded~ and the Director of ~ublic Works is hereby
directed to cause signs to be removed.
PASSED AND ADOP/ED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 5th day of Febru~.r~z
