That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares
RESOLUTION 61-65 adopted on the seventh day of March 1961 ordering
Fairview Street to stop for McFadden Avenue
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Sections 21354 and
21351 and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations are hereby established as follows:
At the intersection of Fairview Street and
McFadden Avenue, a STOP sign directing traffic
on McFadden Avenue to stop for traffic on
Fairview Street.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove
described.
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section 21458 and Santa Aha
Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3216, NO PARKING ZONES are hereby established as follows:
On both sides of Fairview Street from the North
curbline of ~dxnger Street to the South curb-
line of First Street.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install the NO PARKING AT ANY TIME signs to effectuate the
regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED A~O ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of
February, 1962.
