BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares
that the portion of:
RESOLUTION 59-110 adopted on the fourth day of May 1959, ordering
McFadden Avenue to stop for Sullivan Street
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs and pavement
markings to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the Provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Sections 21354 and
21351 and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations are hereby established as follows:
At the intersection of Sullivan Street and McFadden
Avenue, a STOP sign directing traffic on Sullivan
Street to stop for traffic on McFadden Avenue.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install those signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove
described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of
February, 1962.
