HAS BEEN MADE AT THE HEARING ON PROTESTS AGAINST
THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF
"MEMORY LANE AND WESTWOOD, NORTH ANNEX"
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
February 19, 1962, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., the protest hearing
against the annexation hereinbelow referred to was regularly held
on written notice mailed to each person to whom land within said
territory proposed to be annexed was assessed, and on regular publi-
cation of the Resolution initiating said annexation and giving
notice of time and place of hearing protests, all as provided for
in the Government Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council finds, after
the hearing on protests, that a majority protest against the annex-
ation initiated by Resolution NO. 62-6, under the name of "MEMORY
LANE AND WESTWOOD, NORTH ANNEX", has not been made, and further finds
that no protest against said annexation has been filed or in any
manner offered prior to the final adjournment of said hearing on
protests.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of February, 1962.
