THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ROY J. LYON and EDITH MAY LYON have presented to the
City a deed dated January 29, 1962, conveying a parcel of real
property, located at the Southeast corner of Fifth and Bush Streets,
for municipal purposes in consideration of the payment of $90,000.00.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 863936-HRB with
Orange County Title Company, Santa Aha, California.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
