THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HAROLD E. GRIBBLE and PEARL GRIBBLE have presented
to the City a deed dated February 28, 1962, conveying vehicular access
rights on the East side of Main Street, South of McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, UNITED TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY, a corporation, has
ments for street purposes at the Northwest corner of Eighth and Ross
Streets; and
WHEREAS, WALTER R. ELLIOTT, AVIS F. ELLIOTT, ROBERT K. ELLIOTT
and EVELYN E. ELLIOTT have presented to the City a deed dated
January 30, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the
North side of Sugar Avenue, East of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, JUSTINE REALTY COMPANY, a Missouri Corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated February 20, 1962, conveying
vehicular access rights on the East side of Fairview Street, South
of Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, R. A. SMITH and LOUISE SMITH have presented to the
City a deed dated February 26, 1962, conveying an easement for street~;~"

purposes on the West half of Cascade Street at Twelfth Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of March, 1962.
