AGREEMENT BmA'WEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AND
PAYMENT FOR THE WIDENING OF BRISTOL STREET ACROSS
THE PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILWAY TRACKS (CROSSING
NO. 6N - 37.27 - C)
WHEREAS, the necessity for widening Bristol Street across the
Pacific Electric Railway tracks and the installation of four No. 8
flashing light unit protective devices has been agreed upon, and the
division of cost between the Railway Company, the City and the County
has been tentatively arrived at.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha hereby approves the Agreement between said City and
the County of Orange whereunder said County will prepare the plans for
and act as contracting and constructing agent for the parties to widen
Bristol Street and provide for the installation of said protective
devices, with a division of cost as set forth in said Agreement; and
the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized to execute
said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of March, 1962.
