THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T.
SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR.,
JEANNETTE E. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM,
and ANN SEGERSTROM have presented to the City a deed dated March 13,
1962, conveying an easement for water main purposes at the Northwest
corner of Harbor Boulevard and Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T.
JEANNETTE E. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM
and ANN SEGERSTROM have presented to the City a deed dated March 5,
1962, conveying an easement for water main purposes at the Northeast
corner of Harbor Boulevard and Talbert Avenue; and
March 9, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the North
half of Brook Street, East of Baker Street; and
WHEREAS, W.I. LLIAM. J..GAGE ,and. EVA~ have presented to
the City a deed dated February 23, 1962, conveying vehicular access
rights from Tustin Avenue, North and South of Catalina AvenUe; and
WHEREAS, HARRY W. PECOLAR and JOY PECOLAR have presented to
the City a deed dated March 6, 1962, conveying an easement for street
purposes North of Silver Drive, East of Taft Street; and
WHEREAS, RICHFIELD OIL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
has presented to the City a deed ~ated January 24, 1962,
an easement for street purposes on the Northeast corner of Bristol
Street and Central Avenue; and also granting vehicular access rights
to Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the city's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19th d~7of March, 1962.
