THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, RALPH D. DOZIER and GENEVA M. DOZIER have presented
to the City a deed dated March 16, 1962, conveying a parcel of real
property in the Civic Center area in consideration of the payment of
$17,800.00; $17,600.00 being the total consideration for the property ) ~
being conveyed and $200.00 for moving expenses. Said transaction is
to be handled through Escrow Number 47397-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
