QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the West side of Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street,
dedicated to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights on said
West side of Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street, and the
present owners have requested driveway locations across said area
and the City has determined to grant the same; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of Santa
Aha has determined that certain portions of an easement situated
along the South 15 feet of Tract No. 4227 in the City of Santa Aha
at, no longer in use and a Se unnecessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed
quitclai~ing to ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T.
SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE
deC. SEGERSTROM, and ANN SEGERSTROM vehicular access rights on the
West side of Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street, and deliver
the same to said owners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming
RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the City's interest in
certain portions of an easement situated along the South 15 feet of
Tract No. 4227, and deliver the same to said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of April, 1962.
