THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, BARSCO, a California Corporation, has presented to
the City a deed dated April 19, 1962, conveying easements for drainage,
water and sewer purposes at Washington Avenue, East of Jackson Street;
and
WHEREAS, ,KENJI JOE OTSUKA and 8TELLA H. OTSUKA have presented
to the City a deed dated April 27, 1962, conveying an easement for ~,!
storm drain purposes on the West side of Fairview Street, South of
Ninth Street; also conveying a temporary easement for the purpose of
constructing a storm drain West of Fairview Street, South of Ninth
Street, which said temporary easement is to terminate August 31, 1962;
and
WHEREAS,

conveying an easement for street purposes on the North
side of McFadden Street, East of Orange Avenue; and
conveying an easement for water main purposes on the West side of
Tustin Avenue, South of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, ~,~~UE~E M~pD_T~T,~UR~ a California ~
corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated February 15, 1962,
conveying an easement for street purposes on the North side of
McFadden Avenue, West of Center Street; and
WHEREAS, the 0 Q _ O ~~has presented~ ~
to the city two quitclaim deeds dated April 3, 1962, quitclaiming
certain parcels of real property in and along the channels of the \~$
Santa Aha River and Santiago Creek, North of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM JUSTICE GAYz INCORPORATED .A Corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated April 10, 1962, conveying an easement.

for street purposes at the Northeast corner of Eighth ' ~
Streets; and

WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of May, 1962.
