THE CITY IS PAYI'~G A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FELIX VALLIN and BERTHA VALLIN have presented to
the City two deeds, both dated May 17, 1962; One conveying a tempo-/~(~/.~
rary easement on the North side of Fifth Street, West of the Santa }/~
Ana River, and the other conveying a parcel of real property located
on the North side of Fifth Street, West of the Santa Ana River; in
consideration of the payment of $500.00 for the parcel of real
property and $50.00 for the aforesaid temporary easement. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 47800-C with Security
Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on t~e 18th day of May, 1962.
