WITH CASH CONSIDERATION WHERE DEED ORIGINALLY ACCEPTED
WAS LOST IN TRANSMITTAL AFTER ITS ACCEPTANCE
WHEREAS, heretofore the City accepted a deed from GENEVIEVE
LOWE MARTIN for a portion of Brook Street in consideration of $600.00,
which said deed was lost or misplaced in transmittal to the escrow
holder; and
WHEREAS, a new deed granting said property to the City has
been delivered for acceptance as a replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of June, 1962.
