PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF "FAIRHAVEN AND
CAMBRIDGE 'NORTHWEST ANNEX"
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held on
June 18, 1962, the protest hearing against the annexation hereim-below
referred to was regularly held on written notice mailed to each person
to whom land within the territory proposed to be annexed was assessed
and on regular publication of Resolution No. 62-87 initiating said
annexation and giving notice of the time and place of hearing protests
thereon, all as provided forby statutes of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds
and declares, after said hearing, that a majority protest against the
annexation initiated by Resolution No. 62-87 under the name of
"FAIRHAVEN AND CAMBRIDGE NORTHWEST ANNEX" has not been made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 18th day ~f J~ne, 1962. .~ ·
