CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
HAZEL M. MO~__R~.~_ hazY_,e presented to the city a deed dated June 13, 1962,
conYeying an easement for street purposes over two parcels of real /~
property on the East side of Flower Street, North of Tenth Street,
and surrendering all vehicular access rights to Flower Street fr~n
all of said two parcels~ and
WHEREAS, said. deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTEDby the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1962.
