CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SARAH GRUMAN,. .. as Executrix of the Estate of HYMAN //~ Q~
BE~NSTEIN, deceased, has presented to the City & deed dated
February 5, 1962; and
WHEREAS, PHILLI Guardian of LENA BERNSTEIN,
IncOmpetent, has presented to the City a deed dated May 24, 1962;
and
WHEREAS, P. BERNSTEIN has presented to the City a deed dated
May 22, 1962; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are presented to the City by said
grantors, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side
of Fifth Street, West of King Street, in consideration of the payment
of $900.00. Said transactions are to be handled through Escrow No.
288200-ET with Title Insurance and Trust COmpany, Santa Ana,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1962.
