THE TAX COLLECTOR OF ORANGE COUNTY CONVEYING TAX
TITLE TO FIVE LOTS
WHEREAS, at the request of the City of Santa Ana that the
properties hereirabelow described not be sold for taxes since the
same were needed by the City for street and other public purposes,
procedures were established to sell said lots to the City of Santa
Aha and have now been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts the five Indentures presented by DON S. MOZ~E~, Tax Collector
of Orange County, California, dated May 31, 1962, granting to the City
of Santa Aha the five parcels of land shown thereon and described as
follows:
A.P. %9-160-16
Lot in Section 7, Township 5 South, Range
9 West, S B B & M, 150 feet North of the
North line of 4th Street, bounded Westerly
by AT & SF R/W, Northerly by Roehm.
A.P. %1-134-07
Lot A in Tract NO. 1357, as per map thereof
recorded in Book 41, Page 37 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County.
A.P. %1-134-11
Bates Tract, as per map thereof recorded in
Book 1, Page 96 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County.
An irregular lot in the East half of Lot 12,
bounded Northerly by Tract No. 1236,
Southerly by Lot line.

That portion of the South half of the South-
west quarter of Section 13, Township 5 South,
Range 10 West, S B B6~4, described as follows:
The West 30 feet of the South 100 feet of the
South 2 acres of the following: Beginning at
a point in the center of Fairview Avenue,
which point is South 0° 32' West 1318.6 feet
distant from the Northeast corner of the
Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 5,
Range 10, running thence South 0° 32' West along
the East line of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 13, 10.19 chains to the Northeast
corner of lands formerl~ belonging to T. J.
Harlan, thence North 89v 38' West along the
North line of Harlan's land 4.952 chains to
the Southeast corner of land conveyed by
E. E. Hardy to A. H. Anderson (183/73 of Deeds);
thence North 0° 39' East along the East line
of said Anderson's land 10.152 chains to the
center of Fairview Avenue and thence North
89° 57' East 4.93 chains to the point of
beginning. Except street.

in Book 32, Page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County.
That portion of Lot 1 described as follows:
The North 10 feet of the following: Beginning
at a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 1,
distant thereon 60 feet Southerly of the
Southwesterly corner of Lot 2 of said Tract
No. 905; thence Easterly, parallel with the
Southerly line of said Lot 2, 118.60 feet;
thence Southerly, parallel with the West line
of said Lot 1, 75 feet to the Northeast
corner of land conveyed to Ida M. Parks
(1555/168 OR); thence Westerly along the North
line of said land to Parks, 118.60 feet to a
point in the West line of said Lot 1; thence
North along the Westerly line of said Lot 1,
75 feet to the point of beginning. Except
the West 10 feet in the Street;
in consideration of the payment of $225.00, and directs the Clerk of
the Council to deliver the same, together with a certified copy of
this Resolution, to RUBY McFARLAND, County Recorder, for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1962.
