FOR SPACE IN BUILDINGS LOCATED IN THE SANTA ANA
COMMUNITY CENTER ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EIGHTH STREET
WEST OF FLOWER STREET
WHEREAS, constantly increasing costs for materials, services
and labor require that the rental formula established by Resolution
No. 55-102 be adjusted upward.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha hereby establishes and declares a new rental formula
for space in the Santa Aha Community Center area to apply to all new
leases, renewal of existing leases or extension of any lease beyond
its termination date in those buildings located on the South side of
Eighth Street, West of Flower Street, as follows:
1. Main Building, formerly known as the Administration
Building of the Army Air Force, Western Flying Ccmunand:
(a) First Floor - Fifteen (15W) Cents per square foot per month
(b) Second Floor- Twelve (12W) Cents per square foot per month
(c) Basement - One Hundred Twenty-Five ($125.00) Dollars
per month
2. Old Library Building, Eight (8W) Cents per square foot
per month
3. Scout Building, Eight (8~) Cents per square foot per month,
provided tenant furnishes its own
maintenance and service of said building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall supercede
Resolution 55-102 and shall take effect on July 1, 1962.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1962.
