THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, VINCENT PUCCI and ADELAIDE PUCCI have PreSented to
the City a deed dated June 20, 1962, conveying to the City an ease-
ment for street purposes on the North side of Seventeenth Street
East of English Street and also granting all vehicular access
rights to Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, THE FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee
for BOYLE ENGINEERING PROFIT SHARING PLAN, Trust %PT 793 has pre-
sented to the City a Corporation Grant Deed dated June 15, 1962
granting to the City an easement for street purposes on the South
side of Chestnut Avenue West of Lyon Street and also granting all
vehicular access rights to Chestnut Avenue as it will be revised by
the granting of the easement; and
to the city a deed dated June 25, 1962 conveying to the City, ve-
hicular access rights to Memory Lane on the Northwest corner of
Memory Lane and Westwood Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
agent,
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1962.
