THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY hasPr~--
sented to the City a deed dated June 7, 1962 granting to the
City an easement for street purposes on the West side of Grand
Avenue and the South side of Santa Clara Avenue and also granting
vehicular access rights to Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, GEORGE N. GLASS has presented to the City a deed
dated July 16, 1962, granting to the City an easement for street
purposes on the North side of Warner Avenue between the Southern
Pacific Railway and Grand Avenue and also granting vehicular ac-
cess rights to Warner Avenue; and
WHEREAS, .~A?.~..E?~N_~G~.~OM___PA~NY, a Corporation, has presented
to the City a deed dated June 21, 1962 conveying an easement for
storm drain purposes on the West side of King Street, North of
Fifth Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said Grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and CARL J. THORNTON, the City's designated
Agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1962.

of the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing
