RESOLUTION NO. _ 62-153
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TME CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, SPREADING THE WRITTEN
RECOMMENDATION OF THE ORANGE COUNTY HEALTE
OFFICER THAT SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES BE
CONSTRUCTED IN SANTA ANA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 218 AS NECESSARY AS A HEALTH MEASURE AND
DETERMINING THAT SUCH NECESSITY DOES EXIST.
W~EREAS, this Council has received from Dr. Russell,
the Health Officer of the County of Orange, California, a written
recommendation that sanitary sewer facilities be constructed in
that area referred to as Santa Ana Assessment District No. 218,
as necessary as a health measure.
NOW, THEREFORE, T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the recommendation of the Health
officer of the County of Orange, california, that sanitary sewer
facilities are necessary as a health measure in Santa Ana Assess-
ment District No. 218, given to this Council in writing, be and
hereby is spread upon the minutes of this meeting.
SECTION 2: This Council does hereby find that the
construction of sanitary sewer facilities in said District is
necessary as a health measure.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha at a regular meeting thereof held this 6th day of
August, 1962.
