RESOLUTION NO. 6£-154
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA A/qA, CA~LIFORNIA, ADOPTING,
APPROVING ~ OFFICIALLY DESIGNATING BY
NTJMBER CERTAIN PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
DIAGRAMS AND MAPS, ALL PERTAINING TO THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.
218.
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has previously contracted'
with VOORHEIS-TRINDLE-NELSON, INC. to do certain work necessary to
engineering and construction of sanitary sewer facilities in that
certain area referred to as the City of Santa Ana Assessment
District No. 218; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said contract, Voorheis-Trindle-
Nelson, Inc. has prepared certain plans, specifications and maps,
all pertaining to said district; and
WHEREAS, said plans, specifications and maps of said
assessment district have been previously approved by the City
Engineer and examined by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That those certain plans submitted by
Voorheis-Trindle-Nelson, Inc., heretofore approved by the City
Engineer, labelled "Profile Alignment and Grade of Sanitary Sewers
to be Constructed in the City of Santa Ana, California, Assess-
ment District No. 218", consisting of 24 sheets containing
47 pages, including one title sheet and one title page, are
hereby adopted and approved and officially designated as Plan No.
AD-21$ of City of Santa Ana Assessment District No. 218.
SECTION 2: That those certain specifications submitted
by Voorheis-Trindle-Nelson, Inc., heretofore approved by the City
Engineer, labelled "Specifications and Special Provisions for
Sanitary Sewers to be Constructed in the City of Santa Ana, of
California, Assessment District No. 218", are hereby adopted and
approved and officially designated as Specifications No. AD-218

SECTION 3: That certain plans submitted by Voorheis-
Trindle-Nelson, Inc., heretofore approved by the City Engineer,
labelled "Diagram and Map for Santa Ana Assessment District No.
218", containing 7 sheets in total, one sheet showing the entire
assessment district and clearly delineating the exterior bound-
aries and the following 6 sheets showing the details of the
property within the assessment district boundaries, and the detail~
of the excluded areas within said boundaries, are hereby adopted
and approved and officially designated as Plat No. AD-218 of
City of Santa Ana Assessment District No. 218.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
