CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM COLLI__NS and CONCORD~COL_~_~N~S.have presented
to the City a deed dated May 18, 1962, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope Street;
and
WHEREAS, RAY R. SHELLENBARGER and LOTUS E. SHELLENBARGER have
presented to the City a deed dated July 6, 1962, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope
Street; and
WHEREAS, DONALD RAY AP~BY and ARDIS APPLEBY have presented I~
to the City a deed dated July 3, 1962, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope Street;
and
WHEREAS, RAY R. SHELLENBARGER and LOTUS E. SHELLENBARGER have /~
presented to the City a deed dated July 6, 1962, conveying an easement
for street p%rposes on the North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope
Street; and
WHEREAS, MARIA BARRAGAN and DOLOR~S,JI~_have presented to
the City a deed dated July 6, 1962, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, MICHAEL DALU and PALMA DALU have presented to the
City a deed dated July 23, 1962, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, KATHERINE SWAL~ and RICHARD HAI~4OND have presented
to the City a deed dated July 28, 1962, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope Street;
and

WHEREAS, KATHERINE SWALL and RICHARD HAMMOND..__ have presented
to the City a deed dated July 28, 1962, conveying an easement for
drainage purposes and a temporary construction easement on the
North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, TRINIDAD. ~O.~RRES and MARTI~NA TORR~,have presented to
the City a deed dated May 24, 1962, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the North side of Toy Way, West of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, ~ HERNDON and OPAL HERNDON have presented to the
City a deed dated May 18, 1962, conveying an easement for street } ~ ~
purposes on the South side of Toy Way, West of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, CARL BELVEDERE and~ELLEN BELVEDERE have presented
to the City a deed dated August 10, 1962, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Edinger Avenue,
Street; and
East of Center
WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY HEART ASSOCIATION, a Non-Profit
Corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated August 3, 1962,
conveying easements for street purposes at the Northwest corner of
Eighth and Freeman Streets; and
WHEREAS, NICHOLAS AND O'CONNOR, a partnership, has presented
to the City a deed dated August 3, 1962, conveying street easements
on the North side of Fifth Street, East of Hawley Street; and
to the City a deed dated August 14, 1962, quitclaiming vehicular
access rights on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Sullivan
Street; and
WHEREAS, RAFAEL GALLEGOS and MARIA M. GALLEGOS have presented
to the City a deed dated August 13, 1962, conveying easements for
street purposes on the West side of Grand Avenue, between Second and
Third Streets; and

WHEREAS, the ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT has presented
to the City a deed dated July 31, 1962, conveying an easement for I~
street purposes over the Orange County Flood Control District Channel
at New Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ~OSEPHINE_~_~.TEEL has presented to the City a quitclaim
deed dated August 3, 1962, quitclaiming a parcel of real property on
the West side of Newhope Street, South of Penny Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1962.
