THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM F. WATKINS, JR. and OPAL T. WATKINS have_~ !
presented to the City a deed dated May 18, 1962, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the South side of Toy Way, West of
Newhope Street, in consideration of the payment of $100.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 47849-C with Security
Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1962.
