THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SAM M. MORINO and SUSIE G. MORINO have presented to
the City a deed dated August 25, 1962, conveying an easement for /~ 7/
street purposes on Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and
WHEREAS, PEDRO SANCHEZ has presented to the City a deed dated
August 25, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the
South side of Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and
WHEREAS, BULLOCK'S~ INC. has presented to the City a deed dated
August 21, 1962, conveying an easement for traffic signal purposes /~73
on the West side of Main Street at Fashion Square; and
WHEREAS, PEDRO FRAUSTO and LUCY H...~RAUSTO have presented to
the City a deed dated August 17, 1962, conveying real property for /& ~
street purposes on the North side of Fifth Street at Fairlawn Street;
WHEREAS, SOUTHEP~N CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has presented to
the City a Grant of Easement dated August 21, 1962, conveying an /~ 7 5"
easement for street purposes at Grand Avenue and McFadden Street; and
WHEREAS, JAMES PAINO and VINCENT PAINO have presented to the

City a quitclaim deed dated August 25, 1962, quitclaim real property
for Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.

Ann at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of 0tember,
