HomeMy WebLinkAbout62-183RESOLUTION NO. ~-183 DECLARING THAT A ~JORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF "SANTA CLARA AND DEODAR S. ANNEX" W~EREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of September, 1962, the protest hearing against the 'annexation hereinbelow referred to was regularly held on due notice and no person appeared to be heard and no protests were filed against said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and declares, after said hearing, that a majority protest against annexation initiated by Resolution No. 62-151 has not been made.
