HomeMy WebLinkAbout62-184RESOLUTION NO. 62-18~ DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF "FAIRHAVEN AND GRAND S. E. ANNEX" WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of September, 1962, the protest hearing against the annexation hereinbelow referred to was regularly held on due notice and no person appeared to be heard and no protest was filed against said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and declares, after said hearing, that a majority protest against annexation initiated by Resolution No. 62-152 has not been made. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of September, 1962.
