CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, VAN DIEN-YOUNG COMPANY, A Corporation, has presented
to the City a deed dated September 20, 1962, granting to the City an//
easement for street purposes on the East side of King Street, North
of Fifth Street~ and
WHEREAS, EMMET C. ROGERS and JUNA ROGERS have presented to the
City a deed dated September 6, 1962, granting an easement ~or road
and public utility purposes on North Lowell Lane, South of Riviera
Driver and
WHEREAS, GARDEN GROVE. C ~ T O O N 0 has
presented to the City two quitclaim aeeds dated September 13, 1962,
quitclaiming two triangular shaped parcels of land South of the Santa
Ana Flood Control Channel at Camile and Posey streets~ and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of October, 1962.
