THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
Deceased, has presented to the City a deed dated October 8, 1962, /~ ~
conveying portions of real property for street purposes on the North
and South sides of Fourth Street and the East side of Tustin Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, LOCK G. DING and RUTH DING have presented to the City
a deed dated September 28, 1962, conveying easements for street /~
purposes at the Northwest corner of Pomona Street and Broadway; and
presented to the City a deed dated October 8, 1962, conveying a /~/~
parcel of real property on Fairview Street (King Street), North of
the Pacific Electric Railroad; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of October, 1962.
