CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HENRY C~5%RLE~ FQSTE~ and T~R~R~A....M.~ FOSTER have
presented to the City a deed dated September 26, 1962, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the North side of Edinger
Avenue, West of Magnolia, in consideration of the payment of
$9,000.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
Number 48369-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of October, 1962.
