JOHN P. MAGARRO FOR A STREET EASEMENT WITH NO
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ~~_~_Also known as John Magarro, has
pxuented to the City a deed dated October 2, 1962, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the South side of McFadden Avenue
(formerly Sugar Avenue), East of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantor by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTeD by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day c~ October, 1962.
