CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ROBERT K. WONG and MAY L. WONG have presented to the
City a deed dated October 15, 1962, conveying an easement for public /~ ~
utility purposes South of Sugar (now McFadden) Avenue, West of Harbor
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, ROY L. PINA and BETTY PINA have presented to the City ~
a deed dated October 3, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the North side of Eighth Street, West of Broadway; and
WHEREAS, BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION,
a national banking association, Has presented to the City a deed dated/~
October 18, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the
West side of Bristol Street, South of McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS,
dated September 26, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the South side of Eigh~th Street, between Ross Street and Broadway;
and
the COUNTY OF ORANGE has presented to the City a deed
WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE has presented to the City a deed
dated September 26, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes i~
at the Northwest corner of Eight~ Street and Riverine Avenue; and
COUNTY OF ORANGE has presented to the city a deed
WHEREAS,
dated August 21, 1962, conveying an easement for sewer~ purposes North
of Eighth Street on the center 'line of Riverine Avenue; and
WHEREAS, EGON A. GARDNER and HELEN A. GARDNER have presented
to the City , deed dated October 25, 1962, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the Nort~ side of Seventeenth Street, East of
Wright Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 1962.
