CLARA L. SCHOCK IN CONSIDERATION OF STREET
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, CLARA L. SCHOCK has presented to the City a deed
dated November 5, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the North side of New Talbert Avenue, West of Greenville Street,
without cash consideration but in consideration of street improvement
work to be done by City at said location as per agreement.between the
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 1962.
