FREEWAY AGREEMENT FOR AREA BETWEEN TALBERT AVENUE
NEAR CITY LIMIT AND A POINT ON PROPOSED MacARTHUR
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the State Department of Public Works has proposed to
the City an agreement covering a portion of the Newport Freeway
which meets the City's approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of
the City that certain Freeway Agreement identified on its first page
as "VII-Ora-43-SA Between 0.25 Mi. S of proposed relocated MacArthur
Blvd and the Santa Ana City Limit near Talbert Ave." and to provide
for completion of execution by the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 1962.
